I had to do a preliminary task to practice my technical skills and to see what I need to improve on.
This was based on a character entering a door and the use of match-on-action of two characters sitting at a table having a conversation and then the character living the room.
When I finished filming with my group the and I had done everything for the preliminary task I then had to use an editing software called ‘Adobe Premiere pro C45’ to edit my p preliminary task to make the piece flow and appear very effective and also erase any irrelevant parts.
I had to use many tools, one tool is the ‘razor tool’ I used this tool when I needed to cut off any irrelevant parts in my filmed piece, for example, the mistakes of when the characters had the giggles or where there were pauses or any longer bits that were not important to the piece as a whole.
I also had to render the edited film pieces together so that my edited piece was more effective and linked very well with each scene.
